Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Fire Forged Nutrition LLC ("Fire Forged Nutrition," "Fire Forged," "we," "us," or "our") processes and ships customer orders.

Shipping Area

Fire Forged Nutrition currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

For purposes of order processing, Fire Forged Nutrition business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding applicable postal holidays.

Orders placed on Sundays or postal holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during product launches, periods of high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Carrier

Fire Forged Nutrition generally ships customer orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

USPS Ground Advantage may be used for standard shipments. Fire Forged Nutrition may use another appropriate shipping service when necessary.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping charges may be calculated using information such as the delivery address, package weight, package dimensions, shipping service, and applicable carrier rates.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has been prepared for shipment.

Please note that the creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean the shipping carrier has possession of the package.

Tracking information may take time to update after a package is transferred to the carrier.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier delivery times displayed during checkout or provided after shipment are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, destination, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Fire Forged Nutrition.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Fire Forged Nutrition is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Changes and Cancellations After Shipment

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Fire Forged Nutrition generally cannot cancel, redirect, or modify the shipment.

If you experience an issue with a shipment already in transit, contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance when possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delayed, lost, or has not arrived as expected, please contact Fire Forged Nutrition.

We may review tracking information and work with the shipping carrier to investigate legitimate delivery issues.

If a carrier confirms that a package was delivered to the address provided with the order, Fire Forged Nutrition cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. However, customers are encouraged to contact us so the circumstances can be reviewed.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Fire Forged Nutrition promptly.

We may request photographs of the product, shipping box, packaging materials, shipping label, and any visible damage so that we can review the issue and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier.

Please keep the damaged product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to Fire Forged Nutrition because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, unsuccessful delivery, or another delivery issue, we will review the order and contact the customer when appropriate.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that an order be shipped again when the original delivery problem was not caused by Fire Forged Nutrition.

Refunds for returned or undeliverable packages are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
