Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Fire Forged Nutrition LLC. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returns & Refunds

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a standard return. Once an eligible return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Opened Products

For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used dietary supplements are not eligible for return or refund, except when the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. Fire Forged Nutrition does not charge an additional restocking or return fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. We may request photographs or other information to document the issue.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Fire Forged Nutrition or otherwise required by law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund after it has been issued.
